“I booked three rooms for three nights and paid over 2500 us they gave us the worse rooms in the hotel with a lot of noise that could not sleep at night and asked the staff to change the room one of the staff ( may be Jane) she said we can change one of the room that is available after I discuss with my wife 5 MIN after that person who promise us to replace one of the room she is not available anymore to reach and the hotel with over 300 rooms they do not have any room available also bought three...
