“The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. My complaint was that our room was not cleaned on one of the days even after I tipped the housekeeper. The next day I went to the front desk and they did call to get our room cleaned. But even then they only put clean towels and made the bed. No coffee or cups. “Room was clean and well maintained. Fluffy towels and great linens. Refrigerator and safe but no microwave. No restaurant in walking distance except the hotel but easily drivable for lots of choices. Front desk even helped me find Pickleball Athletic Club an easy 15 minutes away. Only downside was the meeting conference room where our 50th high school reunion was held has no sound dampening which made it almost impossible to have a conversation with the person sitting next to me.”

They saved our packages for us and even searched for a missing item related to our special-needs daughter’s wheelchair. Their kindness and attention to detail made a huge difference.
