“**Older adults and heavy luggage beware** the outdoor very narrow spiral stair case is the only entrance and it was difficult to navigate. Host was very attentive until we checked in. Once we got into the room, it was lovely. Well furnished and we appreciated the hotel like atmosphere with coffee and supplies, utensils. We also had Grubhub delivered twice without issue. “The host was communicative, responsive, and pleasant to deal with. The apartment was located in a convenient area to get around to major attractions in LA and local highways very quickly. Parking garage amenities was a huge plus!My only reason for being discontent was that it's mentioned that it's a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit, but was only given access to use1b bedroom and bathroom. I was also really looking forward to using the office space as shown in the pictures, but that wasn't availablem”

“The incorrect entry information made for a very frustrating arrival, especially after a day of flight delays resulting in us being stranded on the street at midnight with no way to get inside and nowhere else to go. The lodging was a nice space, except that the bathtub and bathroom sink almost didn't drain at all causing some unpleasant shower/sink usage.
