Hotel a Mason Cove

“This may have been the LOUDEST hotel I have ever stayed out. We were were on the ground level next to an exit door that would slam shut extremely loud all night long as people left or entered the building. We also could hear noises above our room throughout the evening. About the worst night sleep in a long time. The desk agent was not able to move us when we asked for a different room. I would never stay at this hotel again even though it was very clean and relatively modern.”

“If you are going for one night the hotel is amazing! The only complaint i have is the shower!! It feels like its going to break!”

“The room had an interesting smell. Maybe the ventilation is not very good because it rains a lot in this part of the country, I’m not sure. The staff is definitely not the friendliest, some are better than others. Breakfast is very good. The gym is OK glad they have a peloton now but a lot of times that Wi-Fi wouldn’t work and I couldn’t log onto classes so I just had to do a solo ride. They could expand it and get more equipment to make it a little bit more useful. I ended up going to a Planet...

“Had to change rooms and both were filthy, my daughter was in the hospital and I had no choice! Tub and toilet disgusting! Dust, stains smh!!”

“Hotel is okay for a quick sleep. It’s a good price. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean, room could be updated some. My closet door wouldn’t shut. The man across the hall from me was smoking weed and the hall stunk even though it’s smoke free. Area around hotel is crappy. The woman checking me in was completely unfriendly. Didn’t get my $50 incidental charge did not get refunded and I had to call.”

“The rooms and lobby were clean and relatively well-maintained. We didn't have the opportunity to use the pool or gym, but we enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the staff did a nice job keeping everything clean and stocked. The hotel was a very short drive from the main road, which has plenty of of restaurants and retail areas. I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area.”
