“We liked everything about The Boulevard Inn. The location was excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk to Cary Town as well as several outstanding museums in the area. The Inn is located in the neighborhood of many beautiful older homes which we found to be very interesting as we explored this part of historic Richmond. “Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“The theming and downstairs is fun and cute. The staff is young and tries hard. The parking situation is pretty dire, with self parking being a block away and requiring regularly renewing/paying for more time, but valet is slow and not great if you’re in and out a lot. The food is sllloooowwww (Ramsey Kitchen Nightmares-level slow: 40 minutes at 9:30 pm when there was no one else ordering food for a flatbread pizza) because the kitchen is on a different floor, and the elevators are the slowest...

“This is an absolutely gorgeous, wonderful historic inn in Richmond. We booked this hotel at the last minute without knowing anything about it, and we were blown away by how charming and beautiful it is. The interior courtyard was like a secret garden in the city. There's even a friendly hotel cat. We'll be back, and I've already recommended it to several friends.”

“Perfect location downtown. Easy check-in. Rooms comfortable and very clean: excellent! Coffe and tea in the lobby: wonderful... And romantic atmosphere. Thanks all the stuff.”

“Had an enjoyable stay, was glad there was fitness center I could use. The only issues I had was that you had to pay for the WiFi, and the deposit amount was $100 a night when I was told it was $50 when I called ahead. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and nice.”

“Everything was excellent. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Social hour on Wed with complimentary wine and appetizers was a pleasant addition to our stay. Very clean room and quiet parking is easily accessible but $25 a night. Would stay here again. It’s downtown”

“Not a great place. Basic amenities in a not so great area outside Richmond. You get what you pay for…bed was clean. Towels were barely towels. Front desk was behind a plastic barrier….not a great sign when you first walk into the lobby. Clerk seemed annoyed that I was checking in.”

“The room had a hole in the wall #138. No internet. I was working. And the morning manager made it worse. Never again will I stay at this Motel 6”

“For starters, they asked me for a $50 deposit when it’s not even on the site so I did it and when I checked out, they gave me a refund for 4750 on my debit card when I checked my account was on there when I went back today, they took it. The rooms are filthy. The bed look like someone has slept in it and they just made it up it was stained the washcloths and towels are stained. The room wasn’t clean and not to mention the carpet in the bathroom and nail sticking out of it do not go to this...

“Check in was really easy. I was allergic to something in the room once I checked in but staff was very accommodating & moved me to another room with no issues.”
