“All the issues with the room involved matter in the room itself, thus lowering the overall score from 5 stars down to 3 stars. Even though I discussed the issues with the staff, in which they were apologetic, I still feel they need to be shared here. The first issue was the fact that the room was labeled as a "suite" but the door separating the living area from the sleeping are could not close because one of the beds interfered with the travel of the door to the closed position. “The tv didn’t work in the room, other than that everything was good!”

“The toilet seat was peeling, the light in the bathroom flickered, the plate of the iron had melted debris on it, the refrigerator did not work even after the staff came to look at it, the carpeting was stained. The table at breakfast was dirty, and the floor was sticky in the dining room.”

“Through no fault of the hotel there was no hot water for the two days we were there. The boiler for the hot water broke. The hotel is filthy and needs to be detailed and cleaned by professionals. The rooms needs to be remodeled, it is old and worn. The staff were polite and friendly and did their best to be accommodating. Our stay was fully refunded.”

“The staff were the friendliest people and took care of our requests right away. The property was marginal at best. Breakfast was ok, I always appreciate Hotel Waffles but that was the high point, Eggs and sausage was warm almost cold. The bathroom was clean but when I got ready to,take a shower the hot water only lasted about 3 minutes before turning cold. The room keys worked 25% of the time nd I had to have them reload 3 times with a 50% success rate. The room was noisy with paper thin walls,...

“Posizione facilmente raggiungibile. Ci serviva solo come punto di ristoro nel trasferimento da Chicago a Niagara Falls. In realtà le camere sono pulite ma un po' da rinnovare soprattutto per quanto riguarda la moquette. Poco spazio per appoggiare le valigie (avevamo prenotato una camera per 4 persone). Lo stesso dicasi per le zone comuni e per la piscina, veramente piccola e in condizioni di pulizia a fine giornata alquanto discutibili. Colazione abbondante. In definitiva un po' una delusione se...

“Ottima soluzione per un on the road ”

“I absolutely LOVED this stay. It was my boyfriends birthday so I wanted something special. This place exceeded my expectations by far. Staff was amazing so helpful and very sweet. The only thing that sucked was the pool wasn’t open due to renovation but obviously my fault for not researching more before booking. Other than that I would 100% come back and recommend this place to friends. (Also the view from the room is breathtaking)”

“This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the entire building looked well cared for. They offered an included breakfast and the rooms also have all the amenities needed to prepare your own food. There was also a nice bonfire area outside with comfortable seating. We would definitely stay here again!”
