“Alabama Room in Wilty Buyilding 1st: We had a code to get into the outside door of the room but the door was already open. A key was suppose to be inside but was not. Could not figure out how to lock the door via code pad. There is no staff on site, only a phone #. I called to get a recording that stated they were busy with other clients so you need to text and "hopefully" get a quick response. “We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gettysburg. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained that made our visit enjoyable. The room was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh, hot choices to start the day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gettysburg.”

“Great location and large room, downside was no staff on site; we needed to call to get someone from the next door diner to open the door. No welcome or further context. Also no staff when we checked out. Rooms are nice and spacious, the outdoors patio and garden are a great opportunity to relax in, but is current quite empty; if they would make this a bit more cosy and welcoming it would be a lot better.”

“The room definitely was not cold enough. It would not let us change the temperature too less than 68 degrees. Other than that it’s was very clean and a very nice hotel. We really appreciated the towels for the bikes.”

“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”
