Hotel a Midway

“We loved our stay at the General Morgan Inn. We came in on a Sunday and we were one of a few guests in the hotel that evening, which was kind of nice. I will say, nothing was open in the hotel that night, so we didn't get to enjoy anything besides our room and breakfast the next morning. We did enjoy walking up to the outdoor patio in the evening and just standing around looking at the view of the city. Would 100% recommend this place! ”

“Only complaint- needed more towels. Requested some but didn’t receive. I was staying there with my grandson for a college function and took several additional towels.”

“Everyone was extr kind helpful and very friendly the staff helped me being partly disabled out and made me feel like I was in a whole different town from the one I live in ev if just on the other side of town it felt like home and very welcoming. I definitely recommend if your looking for a place that feels like home away from home. I was not ready to leave when I had to come back across town. And the prices for the rooms are a great deal also.”

“thought this would be a good budget stop but i was way over my own head. place was over run by cockroaches. on the door you call with an outside phone to check in, then they don't offer refunds or some type of compensation for environment conditions but is under new management? very trashy to say the least”

“Enjoyed the pool. Good breakfast. Breakfast attendant on Saturday was very friendly and helpful, kept diners informed on coffee is brewing, more eggs coming, etc. He was the highlight of our stay.”

“The first room I was given had a LARGE spider that greated me in the bathroom! I requested another room and thankfully was given one. The convenience store area at the front desk needs replenished and maintained. The most disappointing was the free "breakfast." The buffet was very slim. Few choices. No pastries or waffles - but for some reason waffle syrup and strawberry topping were available! Scrambled eggs, steamed patty sausage and a few hard/dry biscuits. Juice was watered down and only...
