“The room was clean. The staff tried to make the check-in process as fast as possible. I had Pre-checked in, but the info did not seem to be available at the front desk. Just a little nuisance... The common areas of the hotel need to be refurbished. In the end, it was an adequate room for one person.”

“Room was very clean aside from the bathroom mirror, I had front desk give me a rag & cleaner so I could clean it myself because by the time I checked in at 3pm housekeeping was gone for the day. We had a over all great time. Little bummed the sauna was out of service & breakfast wasn't included but there is a restaurant with 20% off coupon from hotel to use. We chose to not ro use that & just brought our own breakfast, dinner & snacks!”

“I really loved this hotel! I stayed at the Americinn in Tomah on the way to Ohio and there was mold in the bathroom so this was an excellent change! The bathroom was beautiful! All around great hotel!”

“Had to ask for clean linen because the bedding looked dirty and not changed. Pool area was down. So no pool, no hot tub. Wasn’t aware as they never told us. Breakfast they offer is a joke. Everytime I went down they had 2-3 packages of plain oatmeal, barely any milk or cereal and a half loaf of bread that sat there for almost the 2 weeks I had stayed here in total. “It's too small Waterpark. Inside Waterpark smile like wet towel, everywhere height 3 ft no height. Outside was Waterpark but water was cold. My kids was too boring. Inside hotel room A/C was warm air, it's was terrible for everyone to sleep at night. In lobby same A/C not working, even no fan . We must to stay 2 nights in the hotel, but for us we stay 1 night and leave, it's was terrible to sleep without air-conditioning. Parking lot terrible, scratch door.
