“The staff there was super nice and welcoming...”

“Staff was kind, rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is showing its age a little. My only complaint was the included breakfast — choices were more limited than your typical continental breakfast which caused us to have to eat breakfast off site.”

“There’s some construction going on right now, which I did not know about because it was not listed.”

“Everything was great. Shower pressure could’ve been a little stronger, but that was minor compared to everything else which was very nice.”

“My room was not clean, I even found an empty whiskey bottle, the dining area was not clean enough. The place is renovated and looks nice but it could use a good cleaning all around.”

“There were raised tiles in our bathroom and we kept stubbing our toes. However more frustrating was that the photos online showed a hot tub with the indoor pool, it had been filled and it now a seating area. We were looking forward to the hot tub after a long drive, so that was really disappointing.”

“Staff was great. Office closes at 10pm so make sure if you run out to you car you have your key. Outside in the back were I walked the dog looked like a homeless camp. Parking lot very dirty. We had no power so didn’t have many choices with a dog. Price was great and lots of food options close”

“El peor hotel que hemos visitado. Sábanas sucias, pésima atención, la piscina solo la abren poquitas horas, el elevador supuestamente estaba fuera de servicio. Aparte de todo me cobraron una cobija porque segun la housekeeping dijo que no estaba en la habitación (Ellos se inventaron eso para cobrarme 100$ extra). Totalmente horrible”

“The room itself was clean and welcoming. The hotel was quiet and we had a restful sleep. However, we chose this hotel because it listed a bar and restaurant in the hotel. The bar and restaurant were closed due to understaffing, but you could buy beer from the reception desk. Also, the two luggage trollies available were damaged so that using either was difficult; one had a broken wheel and the other had a flat wheel and the upper carriage was attached to the trolly in two of the four spots. “Even though I had booked a room through this site, when I arrived the hotel was overbooked and I did not have a room. The desk clerk offered no apologies and no solutions.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice but needed some repair work on the walls. The pool was closed and I didn’t go to the workout room. Breakfast looked fine but I didn’t eat there. Overall it was a good experience for me and I stayed on two separate occasions.”
