“This property is run down and dirty. Guest rooms are OK but public areas are not. Toilet kept running, I fixed it. But the valve system was obvious years old and should have been replaced. Breakfast, which I paid for, was a joke. We were even charged for our coffees when they should have been included with breakfast. Inside elevator door had gang symbols scratched on it.
