“Over rated property. I booked it just because of high rating. But I was disappointed. Not enough towels, just 1 small shampoo for 2 adults, no space to put your stuff, just 1 dirty sofa. It was not comfortable stay.”

“Stayed six nights. After not cleaning the room the first two nights, I asked the every day when got back from work to please clean that next day while I was working, they said at office they "sorry it wasn't cleaned yet, we will make sure and have it cleaned tomorrow ". Well that never happened, my room wasn't cleaned the whole Stay.”

“Stayed 4 nights. Wallpaper and carpet in upstairs hallway needs replacement. Room was not cleaned well (candy under table and crumbs in between sheets). Bathroom does not have a fan, no soap and hair dryer was broken. Front desk notified and soap provided but hair dryer issue not resolved my entire stay. You would think they would have some spare dryers available. No hot water at times (early evening and late morning). Expected maid service daily but nobody showed. Inquired at front desk and...

“Room was clean but had a little bit of a musty smell (think it was the air conditioner) but wasn’t overwhelming. Bed was very comfortable & staff were awesome!! Friendly, helpful and would go out of their way to help with anything, and this was not just one person, every staff member I came into contact with was over the top friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend. Great stay!!”
