“We stayed at this property while in town for a wedding in Skaneateles and it worked out perfectly. The owners were very nice and you could tell they do want people to enjoy their stay in the area. Our room did get a little hot in the evening and I wish the pillows and beds were a bit more comfortable. The shower handle was a bit hard to get adjusted to a comfortable temperature. There is easy access to a small shopping mall area nearby for more chain-type restaurants but also be sure to check...

“This is like a halfway house for unhoused that the state pays to stay here. Drug deals going down in the hallways, staff actually had a ankle monitor with a bandana to cover it. Forget the breakfast, 2 tables and sketchy items. Coffee and go. Will definitely not stay there again”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for the price: they had breakfast sandwiches that could be heated up in the microwave and a machine to make your own waffles. Coffee and juice were good. The facility and rooms were well cleaned but there is an HVAC/ ventilation issue. The main issue that we would want addressed before staying again is that the rooms do not smell fresh-- windows cannot be opened and the rooms smell musty and like mildew.
