“We did not have much time in the room or casino, but the room was very clean and modern, and we really enjoyed the stay. The price was great for such nice accommodations”

“It’s a disappointment because I thought I booked a hotel but we end up in a motel room by the time we check in.we had no choice but to take it..we don’t use an airconditioner because it smells like cigarettes if you turn it on..they don’t let people know that the hotel itself are running on renovation.. We are not going back there again! ”

“The room was clean and the hotel was quiet, except for the occasional plane overhead but that is expected being directly across from the airport. There was an area of construction in the side parking lot and on the main street at the front of the building, but overall a good experiece at the hotel. The area is safe and there were no questionable passers by. The lobby is spacious and offers a nice area for working on laptops or sitting. “I just needed something safe for a night while traveling across the country. I was with a child and dog. I loved that the parking lot was well lit as I had a lot of luggage in the car. They had a designated dog area close to my room. The bed was comfy. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the room smelled strongly of cleaner. I expect to cover up prior dog smell. However, I appreciated that I could bring my fur baby along though. I’d stay again if needed.”

“Ci abbiamo dormito una notte di passaggio. La città è caratteristica e mantiene gli edifici di un tempo, magari non tutti ristrutturati. Così anche il sugarloaf. Per qualche ora ti sempre di esser trsportato nell'antico ed un poco sgarrupato far west. Comunque divertente”

“If you don't mind extremely noisy places then you'll be fine. It's relatively clean and the rooms are new but the walls are paper thin. If you don't mind watching or listening to two other rooms TV shows, or the deep thundering noise of toilet flushing and footsteps all night long than you'll be OK.”

“The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. ”

“This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee.”
