This time my flight was delayed in Toronto and I was worried that I would arrive past the time when someone was at the front desk. When I called them, they reassured me that even if I arrived after midnight that I would still have my reservation. “Very convenient ground floor room was perfect for our needs as we were travelling with 6 bags and suitcases that required a trolley. The room was warm and comfortable. The airport shuttle service was excellent and staff were very friendly.”
