“I had a wonderful time staying at the Omni! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent! Parking wasn't bad. Very crowded but the parking deck is big so not too much of an issue. I stayed here with a friend of mine for a convention that was happening near the area. I am definitely looking forward to next year!”

“I was able to check in several hours early, the staff was super friendly and gave restaurant suggestions and a map of town. Building and room was clean and secure. Had a very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend.”

“The staff was exceptional, great hospitality! The room had several minor issues, shower door didn’t stay closed, vanity was missing a leg, power bank on one side of the bed didn’t work, a random ballon was on the ceiling(granted we didn’t notice it one of the staff did while trying to get the power bank to work) bar and restaurant was out of multiple items.”

“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“We were disappointed that there was not sufficient towels or wash cloth when we arrived in the room. Also, no soap to shower. One large bottle of lotion by the sink which I have never seen in any of your hotels, instead of a bottle of soap to wash your hands. That should be changed because future guys will automatically think that is soap to wash their hands, since it sits right by the sink. Madness. My husband had place the no disturbed sign on our door and around 9am, the room door just...

“Had absolutely no hot water to shower with and our comforters on both beds had questionable stains on them. Extremely disappointed with my stay here. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this location again.”

“My flight got cancelled so i had to book a room for a night. The pictures online make it seem so updated and modern. So I reserved this hotel. In reality, the hotel is old and outdated. It looks like they are trying make renovations, but its not even close. The hotel is dark and smells like musty carpets. The dining area was presentable, but the waitresses were not friendly. It was almost if I was bothering them when I asked what was good the eat. The food itself was ok but nothing great...

“Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go.”
