Sarai in cima al mondo quando starai in questo attico di Beach Colony! Lascia che le immagini parlino da sole. Concediti e soggiorna nella migliore spiaggia della Navarra. Questo attico è stato completamente ristrutturato. Tutto nel condominio è nuovo di zecca, dalla vernice accuratamente coordinata agli squisiti mobili di design presenti in tutta l'unità.

Il tuo condominio si trova al 19 ° piano della Beach Colony East Tower con viste mozzafiato a est sulla Navarra Beach sul Golfo del Messico e sul Santa Rosa Sound.

Quando entri nell'unità, saprai di aver scelto il meglio e avrai la vacanza che hai sempre sognato! L'unità è completamente piastrellata e l'arredamento è stato sapientemente coordinato da un designer d'interni professionista per rendere il vostro soggiorno sia rilassante che divertente.

L'attico comprende 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni. La Master suite offre un letto king size e un bagno padronale adiacente che include una cabina doccia e una vasca idromassaggio con idromassaggio con vista incredibile sul Golfo del Messico. La seconda camera offre anche un letto king size e un bagno adiacente con cabina doccia di grandi dimensioni e vista sul suono e sul Golfo. La terza camera ha due letti singoli, vista sonora e bagno. Ogni camera dispone di nuovissimi televisori LCD a schermo piatto con lettori DVD.

La zona giorno finemente dettagliata è stata ristrutturata con splendidi nuovi arredi per offrire uno spazio per godersi i film sulla grande TV a schermo piatto LCD e lettore DVD.

Dall'angolo della colazione, goditi la colazione mentre guardi l'alba sul Golfo. Se preferisci goderti la colazione all'aperto, il balcone è il luogo perfetto per prendere il caffè del mattino mentre guardi i delfini giocare! La sala da pranzo offre comodi posti a sedere per otto. La cucina completamente attrezzata offre tutto il necessario per lo chef. Tutti i piatti e gli utensili necessari sono forniti. Questa unità include anche un fabbricatore di ghiaccio commerciale per garantire che le tue bevande per la spiaggia siano fredde! Lavatrice / asciugatrice con tutte le lenzuola sono forniti.

Had a great time! Penthouse was just as described and it was AMAZING! A thoughtful gift basket was waiting for us. The “beach” storage was amazing! Had everything we needed to use at the beach. Pool was a big hit as well! No issues at all! Will be back!!

The condo was beautiful. You can't beat those views! Everyone we came in contact with was so nice. There was no trouble, no loud mouths, no rowdiness, no obnoxious people - just great people. The beds are so comfortable, and the towels were luxurious in the bathrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom which made it so much easier for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need to make a great meal. We will definitely be back!!!! Thank you for sharing you lovely home with us.

We have fallen in love with this location and Randy and Honey are wonderful hosts. The condo is a top floor penthouse with a wonderful balcony and views. Very comfortable and very well kept. We have enjoyed staying here year after year and look forward to our stays in the future.

My husband, daughter (9), two sons (8 and 6), and I are currently driving back from our spring break trip to paradise. We had a wonderful time in Navarre Beach. Randy and Honey are amazing hosts, and we truly can’t think of a single thing we would add or improve. There were so many thoughtful touches, like fresh flowers, a basket with snacks and wine, and a whole closet full of beach toys. My six year old is already asking to come back for his birthday in November. We can’t wait to visit again soon! We have a new favorite place!

6 of us stayed at this gorgeous penthouse right on the beach. It was beautiful, the beds are so comfortable and the rooms are spacious. There wasn’t anything to complain about, only that we had to leave. Would stay again and recommend this place to everyone

This condo had everything we needed. I usually bring a plastic tote full of things I know we'll need if the condo doesn't have them. I brought that tote back to my car! Didn't need anything (well, except my husbands homemade Cajun spice). It's an unusual feeling to look down on the top of kites, birds and even Army choppers running drills. The beds were super comfy, plenty of pillows and blankets. I thought the ice machine was the pinnacle...until I unlocked the "toy closet"! When I tell you this place has everything you need for a great vacation, you can believe it. Or you can see for yourself. Everyone in my whole group agreed and would definitely stay in that unit again!

Our family had a wonderful time at Navarre Beach, the beach is fantastic! The condo was an excellent choice for our family, (5 adults and 3 grandchildren) very spacious, clean and well appointed. It was so convenient being right on the beach. We were here over the 4th of July and being able to watch the amazing firework show off the pier from our balcony was the highlight of our trip, "best seat in the house"! The Blue Angels flying by was an extra bonus and very special for all of us. Our host Randy was so accommodating throughout the booking process and during our stay, the hospitality was top notch with a sweet amenity basket upon arrival! We will definitely be booking this home for our future trips to Navarre.

This was our second stay at this fantastic penthouse condo. Navarre Beach is a jewel between Destin and Pensacola and the Beach Colony Resort has a great position on the beach with great amenities. Randy is a wonderful host who takes care of his property and his guests. He welcomed us with a wine/snack basket and fresh flowers to enjoy during our stay. The entire family is already looking forward to our next visit.

This place is everything as described. Randy could not be a better host. This unit has everything you might need. All the extras were such a nice surprise.....snacks and fresh flowers (roses). Any issue was immediately addressed. We’re making plans to return.

This was the perfect getaway for a small family vacation. The penthouse was able to fit 6 adults and one child very comfortably. Easy access to the beach and pool area. Quick drive to either Pensacola or Destin for more touristy ventures. Would absolutely book this again.

Not only was it very nicely decorated and had a great layout and plenty of space, but the owner had provided lots of extras in the kitchen and toys for the beach and pool.
