“This property was great for our group of 11. Everyone had their own space, and we loved the outdoors area. Communication between the owners was easy and they were responsive. Just a heads up there are no spices, storage bags, garbage bags or Tupperware containers so you will need to purchase that yourself. Overall we had a great trip! This was our 4th time staying in Marathon and we love the location. ”

“I highly recommend this property!! It’s a beautiful home in a fantastic gated community. Matt was a great host. He made check-in super easy and was available for any questions. He gave suggestions of places to eat/visit that were super helpful. We tried out all but 2 on his list and we enjoyed them all. We enjoyed some leisurely evenings hanging out in the pool and the hot tub, playing cards in the Tiki area and we enjoyed the sunsets from the rooftop while eating s’mores made on the rooftop...

“Clean, well stocked, dock was in great condition, pool and hot tub were wonderful. Best thing about this property is the foliage around the pool for privacy and shade and ample parking.Opportunities would be additional washcloths for the bathroom - each person only had one for the entire week and washing just 8 wash cloths is not efficient. Also the ‘neighbors’ across the canal were unfortunately train wrecks worth watching but their antics got old as the week went on. Thankfully the house...

“We couldn’t have picked a better vacation house in Marathon. It was super clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and had so many amenities! We loved having use of the pool, tiki hut, hammock, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing poles. The canal is beautiful, and it was so nice to just sit out in backyard and relax. There’s plenty of great restaurants and things to do nearby. Key West is just an hour drive. We never got bored or ran out of things to do! The owners are very friendly and helpful....

“The home is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen had all the cookware and items we needed. The pool was beautiful and the home is on a canal which was nice to fish off the dock. We were able to manatees swimming in the canal. The house was in a great location with a grocery store nearby. The owner was very quick to respond to text messages. We had a great week and would stay here again. ”

“My husband and I stayed here for a little over a week in early May 2025. The location is great - very close to Sombrero Beach and amenities (side note: I recommend Publix over Winn Dixie). We also liked being in Marathon; there are tons of restaurants to pick from and it is easy to visit other Keys as well. This property was cute, very clean, and well equipped. Only downsides: (1) the property manager convinced me to pay to heat the pool before we got there and there was no need. We asked to...

“This property is in the perfect location, clean and spacious. We didn’t need to request extras for anything we needed and the owner supplied some snacks and breakfast items along with a nice selection of drinks, which was SO helpful after a long travel day. My 10yr old loved the pool and that we were just a short trip from the Dolphin Research Center and the Turtle Hospital. Would definitely stay here again. ”

"L’appartamento era molto spazioso, forse perché era accessibile a persone con disabilità. La zona cucina è completa di qualsiasi cosa necessaria per cucinare, il patio aveva il ventilatore con il cordino rotto e quindi non si poteva spegnere..abbiamo dovuto staccare la presa di corrente. Le sedie avevano i cuscini molto sporchi, andrebbero lavati ogni tanto..il bagno è molto spazioso, il lavandino molto piccolo in proporzione. Letto non molto comodo per i miei gusti. All’esterno c’è la ghiaia, quindi camminando sui sassi e poi entrando in casa si lasciano tutte le impronte. Nel complesso in ogni caso, per una notte è stato un buon compromesso comodità/ prezzo per visitare le Keys."
