“Staff was nice, but the whole hotel needs major updating and renovations. There is no gym and it hasn’t been available for a long time so that should be removed from website. Breakfast was the same thing every day with no fruit, protein or yogurt. In terms of the room, bed/bedding was clean but the room itself was questionable as everything is old, run down making it look unclean and gross: carpet, bathtub, tiles, flooring, walls, doors.”

“Everything was great as usual. I just wanted to let you know that the heating remote did not work well. We also could not find a local news/weather channel on TV. That might be nice to include instructions on how to find that, if possible. Thank you and we look forward to staying there again. ”

“The first room I was given had dirt between the sheets as well as something pink spilled in them. Soaked through to the mattress pad. I could tell they had not been changed. I politely asked for a set of clean sheets as I believed one of the beds had been overlooked. He said he will come change them. Then when he came down to see he agreed they were dirty and just gave me a key to a different room….SAME THING HAPPENED….one of the beds had dirt from feet and food crumbs in the sheets!! When he...

“The room was clean. However, 2 of the containers were off the wall, laying on the counter. All three, soap, shampoo and conditioner were completely empty, and looked like it hadn't been filled in a while. The ice maker was broken and looked like it had been broken for a while. The hotels' web site advertises a continental breakfast. Nope. In fact, when we stayed there in 2023, they said that they hadn't served the breakfast since covid.
