Hotel a North Adams

“The staff was professional and courteous. The room was clean and the bed was firm, but comfortable. There was a fold-out loveseat as well. The A/c was cold and the window opened. There was a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and safe in the room. The breakfast options were the standard eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, and toast. It was only lacking fruit and yogurt. The hotel was very dated and the bathtub had a large crease (like the underside was broken down...

“This is our go to whenever we go to Irish Hills. It's a simple, clean, motel.”

“It dies not have an elevator. The staff was accommodating when we could not handle carrying bags upstairs & switched room to ground floor. Also impressed with cleaners as they checked if we needed anything the second day there. We were staying 3 days so normal procedure is they clean when your stay is over. Thank you for that!!!”

“When I arrived the key would not work, once I got a new one I walked in and the walls in the bathroom were not painted,the wallpaper had been removed. There were holes in the wall. A can of roach killer spray was outside the office door. I stayed for 10 minutes and returned my key and went home. I'll never recommend this motel at all. Please don't go. I was afraid of getting bed bugs or having roaches all over me.”
