Hotel a North Grosvenor Dale

“Publick house is an historic inn with a newer addition and a 1960's era motor lodge on its grounds. Since we were visiting the Brimfield Antiques market we only needed to stay in the motor lodge . It was extremely comfortable with nice linens and beds . We asked for maid service one day and it was done spotlessly. The food in the restaurant is quite good and they give free coffee and pastries in the Bake shop every morning. There's a refreshing pool as well”

“Room was basic and very clean. Beds were comfortable. No wall pictures. No drapes(shades) No color. No frills. Did not like the vanity/basin in entry. Prefer bathroom. Breakfast was excellent.”

“Property owners are lovely people. Furnishings are beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and presented with impressive style. Definitely will return.”

“The AC was amazing and the man at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The property itself wasn't the most up to date and the bed was extremely firm. Luckily there was a cote in my room for some reason and that was extremely comfortable so ended up sleeping in that. Needed some updating for sure but was clean enough save for a few hairs in the washroom, no bugs. Good for a one night stay.”

“No conditioner in shower, breakfast was ok, but spartan, beds were so soft, you sunk in them as soon as you sat down. Tiny pillows were difficult to sleep with. Limited TV channel options, though the set itself was very good. Staff were nice, but I usually stay in Holiday Inn Express hotels and this was not of the same caliber.”

“Have stayed there several times. Right now it’s under some renovations and things aren’t up to par. Hot and cold water in bathroom sink was in reverse. The shower took 15 minutes to get hot water. The tub didn't drain. Things were clean enough, towels were super soft. Check in was fine with a nice lady who helped carry luggage to the second floor as my request for first floor room wasn't honored. Checkout was poor with a virtual person on a screen. No live person at the desk. Breakfast was...
