“From the first phone call here, we were disappointed. I called to ask if we could check in maybe 35 minutes early. We had been riding bikes outside in the rain and were freezing cold and muddy; the answer was a flat no, that the rooms were still being cleaned. Check out is at 10 AM and check-in is at 4 p.m. That is more than enough time to clean rooms, and even if our specific room wasn’t ready, I’m guessing another one of the same type was within 35 minutes of check-in. “I have stayed in a slope facing condo here. It was fun for watching skiers. The quieter side of this condo has me anxious to return. I enjoyed the quiet balcony time. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The windows were tricky and could use some TLC, as more than one gave me a bit of a fight as I tried to open and close them. Overall, I feel I’ve found the perfect spot to stay. ”
