“I saw bedbugs or ticks in my room, making my stay very uncomfortable. The staff is incredibly nice. The maid cleaned my room and freshened everything after only one night. The building has definitely seen better days. It is probably time to knock it down and start from scratch unfortunately. Especially while you have such great staff to maintain it.”

“For being a sweet, the person that was using the sofa bed had to go get their own sheets and pillows and pillowcases. And the Keurig coffee only had one K cup, and there were four people as it said on the reservation kind of disappointed.”

“Very dated property. The appearance on the outside is inviting but once inside you realize the age of the property and lack of room and common area maintenance. This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all. I had to use my cellphone as a hotspot in the lobby to get consistent internet connection.
