“Staff cooperative and friendky. Clean comfortable room. ”

“The size of the room was surprising and I did like that bit. There were a pair of black pants stuffed in a shelf that were missed when the room was vacated/cleaned that I left untouched. The toilet flushing completely was also concerning. It wouldn’t fully flush after using the restroom and had to be flushed multiple times to get just tissue to go down. You could also tell a few counters didn’t get full wipe down as they were a little sticky in some areas. If these things weren’t issues/concerns...

“Room was great cleaning staffs were exceptional. Service staffs were ok. The room was freeway noisy at night hard to sleep. Maybe in the future the hotel upgrades to sound proof windows.”
