“Impossible to cancel reservation I made reservations through Expedia to stay here for a trip to visit family. Note at the time I made the reservations there were no notices that the reservations were refundable. Up to this point I've never had an issue with a hotel in which I couldn't cancel the reservation and get the full refund as long as the cancellation was made in advance of the check in date. “The after midnight gentlemen that was there the night we checked in, only said a few weeks when I asked how his evening was, he said he was tired (hella tired) when we checked in at 2am. He also happened to be the same person who was there when we checked out at 3am. I waited for him to offer the room bill, but when I handed him the 2 key cards he said "that's all".”
