Baite a Northeast Orlando

“The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up....

“Very cozy for the two of us! No more space than we needed. It was perfect for our stay. The hot tub was a very nice addition! Highly recommend for couples or single travelers. ”

“I really don’t like to post negative reviews but there was so much that was problematic. Starting with shower glass door was off hinge, the front door screen locked and unable to get in. Lots and pans were dirty and old. No sidewalk around the house. To top offf, not the hosts fault, but there was a murder suspect who had fled to neighbors house and police bullhorn was blaring from 2 to 5 in the morning causing no sleep. And police asking me to flee the building from 9 am to 12. ”
