“What made this a great hotel was the amazing service from Giovanni. Its a convenient location and amenities are very good but Giovanni saved us a lot from a horrible trip. He represents what customer service should be. Hotels.com however is a stink and disgusting platform. absolutely bad service and will never use hotels.com in future. Joe from hotels.com should be fired and begging in the streets. ”

“Hotel let us check in after usual check-in time due to our flight being delayed which was very much appreciated! Stayed 5 nights and did not do much more in the hotel than sleep but there were consistently fresh towels whenever we came back and the room was clean. Would recommend for doing Universal on a budget because it is very much in walking distance from CityWalk”

“Semi truck parking is extremely tight, but convenient. I was disappointed that I got a standard room with 2 beds when I booked the king suite. When I went back they explained that they didn’t have any clean at the moment, but if I wanted to wait for 90 minutes I could get the king suite (I waited and got the slightly better room).”
