“Blindsided. We all know how expensive travel is and if you're like me you want to pay everything up front or as much as you can to enjoy you trip and throw your cares to the wind for the duration. My family and I have been coming here every year since 2019, sometimes twice a year. Imagine my surprise when I check in a realize that i have to pay for parking. Why is this upsetting- first, because it's new and I was unaware. Second, it's per vehicle, so that was a $300 expense that I didn't expect...

“The room was very modern and clean. The property around and pools were great and spacious. We did have to ask to get our room cleaned after three days after we ran out of towels and our garbage was piling up. Staff was friendly and responded to our request quickly”
