“So much better than the element! A/C could be cooler, disappointing when my house is cooler than a hotel. A hotel is a place to be as cold as you want. But both the Element and The Az control the temperature, and that’s not ok with me. The hotel is beautiful, but both hotels are off my list- only because of the Air conditioner being controlled”

“Breakfast good, in spite of of being right by the highway it’s a pretty quiet place. This is our fourth day so we knew what to expect and we do go back because it’s very convenient for Mayo Clinic.”

“Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...
