“Clean rooms”

“Service at the restaurant bar was slow.”

“Was informed that 225.00 would be charged for incidentals.. ended up getting that charge as well as 167.00. Went to front desk to ask about this extra fee and was informed I was charged incorrectly and they would make sure to refund the charge. Never received the refund. Also, was assigned a room that had no sunlight. Not a great stay for the price.”

“Great stay. Staff was wonderful. I booked on Expedia and my package included breakfast buffet which was perfect for the family.”

“Many options for breakfast. Clean roomy rooms with great smelling lotion. Pool area is a large and a small basketball court. Fitness center was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend. Establishment sits in a business area, but close to shops and restaurants. Very quiet area.”

“Blindsided. We all know how expensive travel is and if you're like me you want to pay everything up front or as much as you can to enjoy you trip and throw your cares to the wind for the duration. My family and I have been coming here every year since 2019, sometimes twice a year. Imagine my surprise when I check in a realize that i have to pay for parking. Why is this upsetting- first, because it's new and I was unaware. Second, it's per vehicle, so that was a $300 expense that I didn't expect...
