“The facility had no hot water and limited air conditioning. The TV reception was very unreliable. It was filthy, moldy and musty and no one really seemed to care. All supplies were limited and a very limited breakfast was also poorly handled. Obviously no city or state inspector has visited during this current lease period. “Rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and staff in that area were very friendly. Parking was very safe and plenty of space.”

“We were disappointed in the pool area this visit because the hotel lets members reserve pool lounge chairs till 1pm. Then there is an app that you can go on to reserve a pool lounger also. We did not know about this so it left very few chairs left available while no one was in the reserved chairs. There is also an area that is designated/roped off that is for the guest that don’t have a reserved chair. It felt weird. At check-in we weren’t told that our room came with breakfast. Thank...
