“I was very glad the front desk person located us on the first floor. I did let them know the refrig. door did not close properly and the frost in the freezer had built-up.”

“To be honest when we first checked in. The Woman was unfriendly, nose was turned up. Which cause me to try to check out. However as we continued our staff all the other Mangers and Staff were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, cheerful with my children. Because of that I extended my stay. Overall our visit was amazing ”

“Booked for the free breakfast, they had no breakfast. Got put in the wrong room and had to wait to be put in the right room. ”
