“Clean room and facilities. Fridge in room wasn't working, they changed it quickly. Would be nice to have a free coffee station available in lobby. Some lower end hotels have this. Still not crazy about the $20 per night parking. Neighborhood is walkable.”

“It was our anniversary we had a nice room small but nice. They didn't have no toothpaste make sure you bring your own im glad we brung ours 😆 . We had a balcony but no chairs for the balcony. It was raining but it was nice. We will come back this summer. T here are a lot of restaurants and shopping around target Kohls Dave and buster you can walk around even have a playground for the kids.”

“The hotel was very dated and the room was not very clean. We found a roach immediately when we walked into the room. The sheets didn’t look clean. We arrived at night, and the parking lot was very dark. We were supposed to stay for four nights; however, we decided to leave the following morning. The hostess was very friendly and understanding when we checked out after only one night.”

“The person who we checked in with at night was who I am guessing is, the manager. I don't remember his name, but he was so very nice and welcoming! Our room was pretty spacious; the bed was comfortable and the breakfast in the am was very tasty. The hall walking to our room was VERY hot & a little stuffy, it felt like there was no air circulating, but once we were in our room, and adjusted the temp, it was comfortable. “I don’t usually give reviews. But, after Amir charged me for a room that wasn’t even mine. Even after I explained 3 times that the person with the same last name was my sister. He still gave me a wrong room. Then I came to front desk to get send to the right room with lake view. They told me I didn’t reserved lake view. I had to show proof. I understand mistakes happens. But this little mistake can ruin someone’s weekend. Specifically if they hold $491 dollars on your credit card just because...

“This property was dirty, smelly and staff did not clean the rooms daily. No amenities to speak of. Will not use the property again.”

“The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Also on the plus side, the pool is larger than comparably priced hotels. But for a Hilton, overall management was not attentive. Example one. The fire alarm went off, apparently a false alarm and the third in a matter of days according to another hotel guest we talked with outside waiting to be let in again. Example two. The swimming pool area was not clean. I stepped over matted hair on the tiles, used towels were strewn about,...

“Cleaning staff did not replenish supplies ( had to call numerous time and have things brought that should have been done during cleaning). Cleaning staff left door unsecured (not latched when we returned in the evening), anyone could have walked in and taken everything. Overall a poor experience and would not recommend.”

“Room was clean. The bathtub appeared to be newer, but there wasn't a rubber mat, nor anything stuck to the bottom of the tub to keep people from slipping, sliding and falling. I fell once while trying to bend over to get the soap for washing and then again while I was hanging onto the handicap bar and trying to turn around to get rinsed off. We put a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping. I informed the front desk when I checked out.”
