“Perfect place to stay”

“The room is not well maintained. Breakfast is basic and some items were out of supply. The pool and spa are very good.”

“The room was nice. One of the nicest hotel showers I’ve seen. The pool and hot tub were also great. We missed getting to breakfast but the coffee bar was nice. Fresh ground coffee from beans is a nice feature. We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again.”

“I would not recommend this resort to families at all. We paid a good price to stay here and the water park which was set to open at 9am was still not open at 11. A visiting family told us that they had been there for 3 days and this has happened to them each day. The room was filthy! Hair on all of our bedsheets, hair, dirt and crumbs behind each bed, wet sheets for the pull out couch in the dresser with no blankets. Microwave was filthy, stuff splattered all over.
