“We found this hotel to be very clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great. They had something for everyone. We will definitely stay here when we visit Columbus. Highly recommend.”

“The only “issue” I had with our room was the bathroom setup. The shower & toilet were separate from the sink, but to close the door you basically had to stand in the shower. It was extremely tight. And there was no exhaust fan. Just poor layout. If you’re a larger person you’re going to struggle maneuvering around.”

“Nice hotel. Basic for the price. No trash bags in the trash bins. Also, when we first arrived our room door was open. Check in was at 3 and we didn’t get there until 5. So there shouldn’t have been any housekeepers there for a while by then.”

“Our next trip to Columbus we will definitely stay at the Hollywood Casino Hotel again. Ultra modern, clean, beautifully furnished rooms. The hotel of course was built connected to the casino which also provides on site access to their wonderful, fairly priced restaurants !!
Can’t wait to go back!!”
