I have been twice in the last 3 weeks due to work, and it was the same both times. “Overall quite a good experience and would definitely go back. Weather was unfortunately not cooperating as it was torrential downpours the first day of a two day visit, and the next was scorching hot. “The room and bathroom needs touch up. One of the plug-in sockets for the bed didn't work. The wifi was up and down or jist had a poor connection.”

“Had an overnight stay and the Spark was a nice, clean, and comfortable hotel and the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Definitely will stay again when traveling the I95 corridor.”

“I was happy with the motel and the staff. However, I chose this place over others because it openly said "Close to downtown" when in fact it is miles away. Other motels I passed over were on the same street. This is misleading and even unethical and moreover it must be a pain for the hotel clerk to have to answer for it to disappointed customers.”
