“The room was not clean at all. They hadn’t dusted the furniture on the top & to make it worse inside the drawers haven’t been cleaned out. And the floors were disgusting and sticky & hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. they never have clean towels available, and they never take out your trash& if you lift up your trash sack in your trashcan, it should be lined with another trashcan liner. Instead, the bottom of the trashcan is horrifying and disgusting. That will make it’ll make your skin crawl....

“I will say first and foremost, the front desk staff was very kind and apologetic. So we were comforted by that and felt how sorry she was. We do not believe that this hotel is meant for families, it is beyond disgusting. We got there about 9pm, we were given a room and room card, went to that room and used the key card - there was someone already there. “Cleanliness was definitely on point!! Rooms with pull out beds not recommended at all. Great service. Parking is an issue evening to night as you are next to Horseshoe Casinos, all though there are signed stating you will be towed, well the hotel don't review the cameras to watch the 10 plus people taking the PAID hotel members Parking. Beds not very comfortable I thought it would have been better. Coffee is great. Shower pressure was Amazing!! Staff at desk was very nice. Always greeted you....
