“Lights in the room were inoperable, stains on the sheets. Unable to control the temperature, was freezing cold. Maintenance had to bring a portable heater. The first one quit working shortly after the maintenance man left, he had to bring a second one. The upholstery on the arm chair was disintegrating. The dock around the pool is chipping away. “We had to wait 1/2 hour for someone to return to the front desk before we could check in. The sidewalk at the front was chipped, broken, and hard to roll carts/suitcases over. The entire hotel, even our room, smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There was pet odor in the room. The carpeting in the hallways was widely stained. The mattress was sagging toward the center of the bed. The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and loose. Even the toilet was loose and wobbly.

“Water pressure is awful, took me an extra 20 minutes to get my hair rinsed. Housekeeping is every other day so if you need towels, water, or clean sheets you are out of luck and have to buy water from store at double price. Pool occupancy is 9, so if you go down there and there is a birthday party happening like we did you are out of luck and can't swim. Hotel was clean, nice and surroundings were good. The parking is good other than when it rains it floods. Not sure we will stay again but again...

“The one working nights, Peter, was so very kind to me, going over concerns I had. I felt comfortable talking with him. As well, his sister was great with additional concerns. There was one other that helped figure out the waffle making device so I could use it. Such a good experience. Breakfast was a nice assortment! All in all a very nice experience indeed.~ Price was right too!!”
