“The room and property were amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The on site food options were also great. The only negative was that we were randomly charged on our credit card and we don’t know why? (No damages and did not include the deposit fee). Other than that it was great.”

“We stop in Sarnia on our way to Michigan and have stayed at the Four Points previously, but we have a teen boy and need a one bedroom suite and they didn’t have one this year, so we ended up in their Executive Suite. The parking and building entrances are a little bizarre. The hotel restaurant wasn't open around 8pm on a Monday. The front desk staff was a little curt, but mostly fine. The room itself was very clean, very modern, and well appointed. They have L’Occitane products and a Nespresso...
