“Our trip started with a beautiful greeting at the front door and a quick and easy check-in whisking us up to our room with our belongings. The room was beautiful and well prepared as well as extremely clean. We were excited to use the pool and found that all the amenities within the location were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The staff are really what make this place, from the gal who was vacuuming the rugs to the managers. Everyone in between is so kind and courteous. Lots of options...

“I was emailed the day before stating I could check-in at 3pm. When we got there the guy at reception told us no we had to wait until 4pm because that's what the original time said on my reservation. We had to go find something to do for an hour before we could check-in. When we finally able to check-in we were charged a ridiculous priced security deposit that was like triple the cost of what the room was!! There was no elevator, so we had to climb stairs with our luggage. The hallway was...
