“From the time we arrived to check in, everything was great! Sarah at the front desk was amazing, offering us an upgrade in order to be next to our friends since we were celebrating a bday that weekend. Rides, restaurants were great, staff was friendly and the grounds were clean. Would absolutely recommend, we will be back.”

“The room was advertised/appeared as an alternative to a hotel stay. It is not. The mattress was very uncomfortable, super soft and it felt like you are caving in the middle. Pillow was poor quality. There was no tv, no hair dryer and only one full size towel per person. The bathroom was poorly cleaned, with someone else’s hair still in the sing, and in the shower. Shower walls were nasty. This room will serve the very basic need of spending the night indoors, but that is about it”

“Beds and suite mostly excellent. Staff were terrific. Cannot understand why a brand new Canadian facility would have such LOW TOILETS! Anyone over 6 foot tall or seniors who are somewhat inflexible - we are both - found it a long way down to sit on toilets built for a 10 yr old! Serious brain cramp at the design & build stage. Even much lower class hotels are smart enough to install adult height toilets during initial construction. We would stay again in a heartbeat but will not be doing so due...
