“We had a great first stay at the new hotel! Place was stunning and clean. All employees were lovely and polite. The restaurant sessions was delicious but a bit slow.. maybe understaffed? Very slow bringing cutlery, missed somethings even though there was only 3-4 tables full at a time? Unfortunately the tv wasn’t working properly in the room for a stay in girls movie night and wasn’t able to be fixed. “This beautiful castle that's hidden right off the highway was beyond my expectations!!! The staff was beyond friendly and kind. We spent the day and enjoyed the spa and dining. Food was incredible, and recommend duck and lamb!! It was cooked to perfection. The spa was relaxing, and the staff was beyond friendly! The only complaint is they were too good at their job 😉”

“The grounds and the winery here at Hessenland are beautiful. We loved being able to walk around and explore the gardens and lovely seating areas. The outdoor pool was a refreshing treat during this heat wave. The food and drink was fabulous and the staff wonderful, friendly, welcoming and helpful. We found the inn itself dated and tired looking. The rooms and sitting areas could use with an update and refresh like the rest of the property has had. On the whole though we enjoyed our stay.”
