“Had a great night stay after a long day of travel. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. I have to mention the great customer service. Hours after we checked out, I called in a bit of a panic thinking my husband may have left his wedding band behind. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful... they took the time to thoroughly check and follow up. (Thankfully, we ended up finding it!) The hotel was also very convenient with easy in-and-out access, and we appreciated...

“Room, while had some updates in the bathroom, had black mold around the shower base, lacked any shelves in the shower to hold soap (supplied) or shampoo (not supplied), and the shower curtain was designed for a tub, not a shower stall and therefore could not stop water from escaping the stall. Bed was comfortable and only used the fan (not the air conditioning or heating), but it worked fine. Parking was right outside you door - that was very convenient.”

“This property rates at the TOP of the list. Its as elegant as the Greenbriar and Homestead in terms of the property and rooms. It is stunning. Martha is a wonderful host and she is so elegant in her special touches....antiques, crystal, place settings, even in the room crystal glasses with little doilies on top with crystals weighted down. Magnificent Crystal Chandeliers. Historic touches everywhere. You will want to come back! ”

“The property is nothing like the pictures they show. It is a very old property and is falling apart. It was an ok stay, staff was ok and no breakfest items. Find some place else to stay. ”
