“I was charged 60.00 by Expedia for breakfast and then the paper bill says extra guest. The hotel mgmt said, they don’t know why Expedia charged us that. The breakfast is free continental and there were 4 of us in one room 2 queen beds. I asked to be refunded the 60.00 and Expedia REFUSED! Never ever will I use them again. 30 years and this is how they treat us! I have emails and I called over 10 times and the hotel managers word.”

“Property is either pretty new or very well renovated. Everything smelled fresh. Breakfast was typical motel breakfast. I wasn’t able to use the gym but it looked nice. The only inconvenience was that I had already done the online check in, which was supposed to save time, but still had to complete the full check in process in person. Overall, one of the best budget motels that I have stayed in.”

“There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself. I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day.”

“We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous. Shout out to Nick at the front desk who was professional, friendly and greeted us as we left for the evening and returned to the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were also very nice and not too thick like most hotel pillows. The location was excellent for access to Louisville via the new bridge or to Jeffersonville via I-265 or Highway 62. “Highly recommend this hotel”

“There was a recurring noise from outside our window, maybe from HVAC units or some other motor. It did not really interfere with our sleep.”

“The front staff was helpful! The hotel had no breakfast. No batteries to the tv remote. She couldn’t find anymore. Said she couldn’t call manager they wouldn’t answer. No paper towel in bathrooms.”

“What a beautiful property! The building is lovely and the rooms were so spacious, large and well appointed. The staff were very friendly. What a great way to showcase a historic building!”

“We were there for 3 nights due to a graduation. The hotel has an elevator, and is convenient to the interstate and Sellersburg. You could tell they had recently remodeled, so everything is clean. The bed was comfortable, hard pillows. The breakfast was adequate, I love waffles so I was happy. We would stay there again”
