“The staff were friendly, although the check-in manager could have probably done a little more to make it great. The room was very nice and clean. I was pleased with the design and layout. The breakfast was good, especially the bacon. All in all it was a nice stay, and if I were to stay in the area again, I'd likely stay here again.”

“This hotel needs seperate parking for its guests. As it is, parking is shared with resturants, stores, and apartments! Our room, 427, top floor, suffered from what sounded like utility equipment on the roof; a deep, throbbing rumble, not unlike a diesel locomotive idling. The floor need a good cleaning, my bare feet bottoms were black entering the shower. The long tray shower was extremely slippery, a rubber mat was needed, I used a towel to avoid falling. “Great place to base yourself if needing to be in the Frisco area. Clean, tidy, safe. Comfy beds. Walkable to Legacy Shops (25 minutes). Some great restaurants across from the hotel - Cantina Loredo (good happy hour), Great sushi & service at Edoko. Coffee at Summer Moon really good. Would definitely stay again. I did not use the pool, it looked well maintained and was being cleaned daily when I sat to have my coffee. I did not use the hotel bar/food. Easy parking straight outside and...

“The 1st room smelled so bad of animal urine and was so hot. The 2nd room still had a smell of animal urine and broken closet door. Workout was closed. No ice in ice machine.”
