Cottage a Patrimonio del Fiume

“The stay was awesome. Everything was clean, the house was so cute and close to the pools and ponds. The host was amazing about responding to questions timely and the kids had a blast on the golf cart. Definitely want to go back again!”

“So cute and cozy . I would definitely stay here again .”

“The cottage was indeed in a cozy location, stocked with coffee and water. Perfect for just a few nights. Thanks, Garrett”

“Such a unique property. It felt like we were staying at someone’s lake house. So many homey touches throughout - eye mask in bedside nightstand, coffee, creamer, sweetener in kitchen plus well stocked seasonings. Blankets in den and bedroom. Lots of towels. The grill was great for our steaks we picked up at the Piggly Wiggly nearby.”

“Overall, we had an acceptable stay, and there are several things this property has going for it. Communication from the host was excellent before and during our stay, check-in was easy, and the checkout process was refreshingly simple. The home was also clean when we arrived. The location is another major plus—it's in a charming neighborhood with convenient access to downtown Opelika, including excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and local shops. That said, prospective guests should know that...

“Location was wonderful. Very clean and as advertised.”

“The property was very inviting and relaxing..beautiful view and peaceful!”

“We sooo loved our stay! Infact, after the very first night we extend our stay for another day!!! It was our best family vacation so far. We swam for hours (my 7 year old, 4 year old & I) off the deck while my husband was fishing and kayaking around! We later on all went kayaking! We played board games & cooked, we drove an hour to majestic caverns to see that, went to bass pro, dg was just like 3 miles down the road so if we really needed something we could go there, walmart was about 25 mins in...

“Overall, this property is quite nice. There was only a couple of issues that future guests should know. First is the well-reported issue with the passcode for the gate and front door to the cottage. The owner was quick to respond to our messages regarding this matter. After we got that sorted out, there were no further problems with the passcode. Second is the solar-powered gate. Just a reminder that if there is not enough sunshine to fill the solar bank, you will have problems getting the...

“Pluses:Our time with gathered family was priceless. The inside of the house was great- just like the pictures. Beds were super comfortable and towels plentiful. Also, we had our choice of tools in the kitchen for cooking. Blackstone grill top was a big plus, as well. Cons:Many rugs and the outdoor porch furnishings were quite stained. We laid towels down on the screened porch sofa to sit. We removed the leaves and sticks on the porches and unfortunately, the promised hammock and dining umbrella...

“Where do I begin...Well, the logical place would be Ms. Sabrina. She has been the best Host we've ever had, simply stellar. Communication was quick and kind. You know how some Hosts converse with you like your bothering them, like they're doing you a favor by responding? Not Ms. Sabrina at all. Like an old friend. The property: the pictures tell you everything, there's no lies. Is it an older single wide? Yes. And it has its share of idiosyncrasies, however, the interior has been refurbished and...

“Such a cute cozy, quaint home! Super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Lindsay is very accommodating. You won’t regret it!”
