“This Free breakfast was probably the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. The food was edible but there was no organization to it. People were standing and huddled around the toasters making their toast or bagel. It was a mini madhouse.”

“When I walked in the lobby to check in, no one was behind the desk. I saw a lady in a room off the lobby washing dishes. After a couple of minutes, I asked her if anyone was working the desk and she said yes me,what do you need? I should've turned around and walked out then but it was late and I was tired. I told her I needed to check in.”

“The bed was nice but the tub didn't work in the first room and counters weren't clean. Got transfer to another room and it was ok but not clean I ha to wipe everything down before even using anything”

“First room had clogged toilet, bad outlets, and TV didn't work. They offered to move us, and gave us keys that didn't work. Returned to front desk, and they rekeyed cards...they now worked, but room was occupied ( sorry to the folks we walked in on!). 3rd row had a florescent light in the bathroom that worked intermittently, might not work at all, or stroked badly. Told front desk about light, and they said it would be taken care of...it never was. With a little maintenance this could...
