“This property is the perfect place to stay in Nederland! It is walking proximity to great restaurants and even a grocery store if you need it! Just to the side of the property you can pick up a nice walking trail that leads you to the reservoir for fishing or just a nice walk. The staff are wonderful and the hotel has a nice area over looking the town where you can play many board games that the hotel has for guests! My children loved their stay here!”

“A nice hotel, the only thing I must say, is that the lobby is much simpler than most hotels. However the rooms are nice comfortable, have a tub, mini fridge and microwave. It was a nice space for the price paid. ”

It is a beautiful place with a spacious cabin that has all the amenities you could desire. It’s on a beautiful river with easy access to Estes park and the mountains.”

“This is such a far cry from the modern production line hotels/motels and it is awesome! It is clean, quiet, comfortable, and very rustic. We were there for the train ride and this fit that theme perfectly. I would like to have had a coffee maker in the room, but I managed without one. The owners were really cool and very helpful.
