Hotel a Piers Island

“This was potentially the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I've never stayed in a room with such poor sound proofing before and sleeping was miserable. You could hear EVERY time someone opened their door. It didn't help that the bar had karaoke playing super loudly too on Friday and Saturday night. You could hear everything. The guy working at the front desk was lovely but there's only so much you can do to block the noise. It was hard to fall asleep before 1am and I was woken up both mornings...

“Absolutely beautiful resort I will be back for sure. The bed was so comfortable and I got the best massage from Christy. Very clean room and resort. ”

“Would have liked to say it was a great stay. The room was nice, lots of room for a family. Couple things though. The couch was not a couch that you could sit and comfortably watch tv, or enjoy a conversation on. Second when a hotel says it has air conditioning, it needs to actually offer air conditioning. We arrived to find that air conditioners are only available on a seasonal basis. If i had known that i would not have stayed there, as i have a medical condition that makes me heat intolerant....

“We didn’t stay for breakfast and the room was clean. I have a sensitivity to synthetic fabrics and noticed that the bedding was not 100%, and was not comfortable where the bedding touched my skin”

“Room was very clean. I had a crib requested for my son, it was ready in the room upon arrival and an actual rolling crib, not just a pack and play. My shuttle driver was very helpful with my luggage taking me to the airport. The hotel's location is also very close to shops, restaraunts and the harbour. I will definitely stay again if I have an early flight. ”

“The room is only cleaned every 3 days so garbages are over flowing. The breakfast at this hire use to one of the best. It's now disgusting and ran poorly with cheap synthetic pancakes made by a machine. ”
