“The hotel had an extremely nasty smell, the doors were dirty and old. The elevators were all broken inside. I could not allow myself to use the shower because of how dirty it was. Overall the hotel was extremely outdated, old and disgusting. ”

“The hotel itself is fine, it's in a convenient location, but also a very busy shopping area and it overlooks Costco. The rooms and amenities were all good. It was clean, the bed comfy, the hot tub and pool were nice. The restaurant experience was less than ideal. They clearly didn't have enough staff. It took our party of 7, 3.5 hours to get our drinks and food. Thankfully we didn't need to be anywhere or we would have had to leave. I don't think I would stay here again but it served it's...

“The outdoor pool was warm and enjoyable for hours. The kids loved the waterslide. The Sweet Suite was a perfect room for 2 adults and 2 kids to enjoy an extended stay. Staff was accommodating. Location was good, we enjoyed the walk to and from the harbour. Coffee in the room was top notch. Loved that there was a kettle, microwave and toaster along with cutlery and plates/bowls. “This was potentially the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I've never stayed in a room with such poor sound proofing before and sleeping was miserable. You could hear EVERY time someone opened their door. It didn't help that the bar had karaoke playing super loudly too on Friday and Saturday night. You could hear everything. The guy working at the front desk was lovely but there's only so much you can do to block the noise. It was hard to fall asleep before 1am and I was woken up both mornings...
