“This is a great budget minded place to stay.Even though construction of a partial remodel was taking place it wasn’t a problem. All the staff is kind thoughtful and very helpful. The room was big the bed was comfortable tv worked great and the sheets clean. Spacious bath area with plenty of hot water clean linen and cold A/C.This an older property so don’t expect new and shiny. If your staying in pilot point I recommend this place and would gladly stay again ”

The room very clean, food was Delicious although the last day the pancake machine wasn't working 😕 but I will definitely lwt my family know that when visiting The Colony they need to stay there!! When I rerurn in June I will definitely be staying there again! Heather, Renee, and all the Wonderful staff treated us like family!”

I would highly recommend this property based on his service alone. In addition, the room was spotless, comfortable, and the breakfast options were unmatched. I was super impressed! The housekeeping staff was also considerate and helpful. I appreciate all I encountered; everyone contributed to a wonderful stay!”
