“I am going to start with the positive first. The house was located very close to the beach which was nice. There was a parking spot available. I did not hear much noise from the above rental And now for the negative. I have rented probably 50 homes in the past and this one had the least amount of amenities available. There was supposed to be coffee and sugar, which was not there. There was one garbage can in the entire house for six people, not even one in the bathroom. Very little lighting...

“We loved our stay at this cute condo. It’s very, very clean and stocked with everything you need. The shower is big and there’s a lot of counter space. The bed is comfortable and the place stays cold so it’s nice to come back to cool off to after a long hot day. The roof over the patio is perfect to block out the sun.”

“Our hosts had the property and interior clean and ready for a long weekend at the beach. We didn’t have to bring anything and were able to keep vacation costs at a minimum with NO last minute buys to BBQ or cook. Inside was immaculate, beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were FULLY stocked. If back down in Seaside would definitely use this property. The host was responsive and extremely accommodating. Incredible stay! ”

“Cons: Bath window crank broken No hooks on bath door Tub drain does not work. No baths sadly for my wife. Living room lamp very top heavy. Fell over on my dog. Kitchen utensil draw will fall out easily if pulled all the way out. Bottom bunk ceiling is dangerous. Easy to hit your head on sharp edge slats. Pros: TVs in all rooms. USB ports in both bdrms. Kitchen well stocked. Paper goods well stocked. Clean and comfortable. ”
