“The room was what you would expect for a beach motel. It wasn't excellent but it certainly wasn't horrible. Everything is within walking distance. The beach, boardwalk, shops, water park, restaurants, and convenience stores are all about 5 minutes away. The room could have been a little cleaner but by no means was it disgusting. “Great location, but hotel is in serious need of updating. Bed was horrible, fixtures were rusty, lighting was poor, and room was generally dated and dingy. we paid for oceanview but got put on the first floor of the ocean facing building, and with the dune height, there was really no ocean to see. on the positive side, the room air conditioner did work really well and the lobby as a convenient cleaned bathroom and ice and water machines.”

“It’s not worth the price I paid; my expectations were higher because it looked much better in the photos online. So, I demand compensation—that’s all. I won’t be doing business with you again. By the way, I expect a refund of the $100 you charged me when I checked into that dump of a hotel—or motel. That’s all.”
