Hotel a Poneto

“Parking was easy-to-use ”

“Hotel is under renovation. ”

“Clean facility, nice staff, generally quiet”

“Room carpet needed cleaning, and exterior windows were disgustingly bad with broken seals, couldn’t see through it.”

“Excellent staff”

“Good for the price. AC unit was dirty and it felt as dust was blowing through it. Had to wear masks to not get sick from it. I noticed it in the middle of night but I did not go to front desk as I had to be up by 530am.”

“Room was outdated, rug needed a good shampooing , comforter needed a replacement, took a shower with lukewarm water. , and the breakfast was a joke, poor coffee and a banana, what the hell, just a bit ridiculous!!! ”

“Staff was good and the hotel very clean ! ”

“Staff was awesome, thankful there is coffee available 24/7.”

“Breakfast was good, but we had bed bugs. My wife was bit 15 times on the middle of the night. Brought to front desk attention and saod manager would call. Never got a call. Now we are washing and drying everything we took with us to try and make sure we didnt bring any home with us. ”

“When we arrived we were told no rooms were available as they had no water. Told us they called us, but they didn’t leave a message letting us know the room reservations was canceled ”

“The elevator was broken and im 62 yrs old. My room didn't have toilet paper. The shower mat was terrible. ”

“Not a good continental breakfast. No spare toilet paper in room. No UsB ports. No drinking cup. No in room coffee machine. Key pass on exterior door broken. Heat worked ok. Seemed fairly clean. Bathroom small but functional. ”

“Breakfast was great and the lady making it was very friendly and helpful ”
